Texas OIG Exclusion Search is the supreme authority to protect the health and welfare of TEXAS Medicaid and HHS Departments. They prohibit the participation of any individuals or business, in any Federal Healthcare programs if they are included on the Exclusion list. Generally, Exclusions are imposed on the persons or business who are found to be the risk to the patient safety or perform any fraud. This list of Excluded Individuals /entities is maintained by Texas OGI.
